Receivership is bad business, Your HOA should avoid it at all cost, Maybe the can send Flyer and the neighborhood asking new members to joining the HAO so the community can avoid receivership. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Jessica 2 Questions 8 Answers 0 Best Answers 18 Points View Profile Jessica Biginner Added an answer on March 15, 2020 at 3:35 am When there are no directors to serve on the board, there may be two alternatives. Both require a petition by association members to the Superior Court and an order appointing one or the other. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Sorry, you do not have a permission to answer to this question.
