An architectural committee’s responsibility comes from the association’s bylaw or CC&Rs. Members of the architectural committee are responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the CC&RS. They should be reviewing any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes in the community. HOA bylaws are governing guides. Bylaws are supposed to be about the government of the corporation. They should cover things like how often you have meetings, how many people are on the board, how often you have to have membership meetings, and what’s a quorum. 1 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Sorry, you do not have a permission to answer to this question.
